| Can I purchase a color card? |

We are working on that but as of right now, color cards are not available since we are continually adding colors to our inventory. We hope to have color cards for purchase in the near future. |
| Does the felt color look the same as how it appears on the monitor? |

We sure hope it does! Nonetheless, each monitor is different so the actual colors may be slightly different than what you see on screen. In addition, there may be slight differences in color between dye lots. This is standard for all fabrics, including wool felt. We accept returns so if the color is not what you expected, feel free to return it. Please see our return policy. |
| Why is my 5 inch felt roll slightly different in size? |

The width of our felt rolls will always be a minimum of 5 inches but sometimes you may receive widths that range up to 5 ΒΌ inches wide depending on the lot. We price based on 5 inches and you will never receive anything short of that but you may occasionally receive a sliver more than 5 inches. |
