Please fluff out cotton as some may arrive in flatter shapes than others. These cotton candies are designed to be lofty at the top to mimic the sweet cotton candy that we enjoy at amusement parks. For that reason, it will collapse easily and flatten during shipping. Please watch video and fluff out the top to your desired loftiness. You can fluff it with your fingers by gently tugging the left, right, and top side of the cotton candy.
