This is the newest print to our Tulle Felt collection. It's soft just like our gold star tulle felt but has gold flecks instead for an elegant touch. Use a pair of sharp scissors or die cut it using Sizzix Big Shot dies (or similar). Our tulle felt is perfect for making hair bows and little clutches.
