Shipping Option and Time

            Processing Time:

            · All orders are shipped between 1 to 3 business days, provided all items ordered is in stock and we have no questions regarding your order.

            · Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude national holidays.

            · Our 1 to 3 business day turnaround time means that's the amount of time we need to hand your order to USPS. Delivery time varies depending on destination and shipping service selected. Domestic (USA) orders typically arrive between 1 and 4 days AFTER we ship your order. International USPS shipping time varies by destination country, with orders typically arriving between 1 and 3 weeks after we ship your order. Arrival time of all orders may vary based on USPS schedule, which is out of our control

            Shipping Method:

            · Domestic USA: Our default shipping is via USPS First Class (1 to 4-day transit). Orders weighing 1 pound or more are automatically shipped with USPS Priority service. You will have the option of upgrading to USPS Priority (1 to 3-day transit) or Express (1 to 2-day transit) at check-out. Please note that selecting USPS Priority or Express shipping option does not mean we will process your order faster as all orders are processed in the order it is received. By upgrading your shipping, USPS will get your order to you faster after we have submitted your order to USPS.

            · International Orders: Our default shipping is via USPS First Class International (transit time varies). You will have the option of upgrading to USPS Priority International (transit time of 6 to 10 business days) or USPS Express International (transit time of 3 to 5 business days) at check out. For USPS First Class International packages, please note that USPS does not provide tracking after the package leaves the United States. We are not responsible for lost packages shipped by First Class International. If you want guaranteed delivery by the postal service, you must upgrade to Priority or Express International at checkout.

            RUSH ORDERS:
            · If you need a guaranteed delivery date for your order, you must email or call us before placing your order and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request. If we can accommodate your request, you will need upgrade to USPS Express delivery as that is the only service the postal system offers that guarantees delivery by a specified date.
