Shipping Option and Time

            Processing Time:

            · All orders are shipped between 1 to 3 business days, provided all items ordered is in stock and we have no questions regarding your order.

            · Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude national holidays.

            · Our 1 to 3 business day turnaround time is the amount of time we need to prepare your order before handing it to the postal carrier. The shipping charge and time frame shown on the checkout page reflects the transit time only. It does not include processing time. Delivery time varies depending on destination and shipping service selected. All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse. Domestic (USA) orders typically arrive between 1 and 5 days AFTER we ship your order. International USPS shipping time varies by destination country, with orders typically arriving between 1 and 3 weeks after we ship your order. Arrival time of all orders may vary based on USPS schedule, which is out of our control

            Shipping Method:

            · Domestic USA: Choose between USPS First Class (1 to 5 day transit time), FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (1 to 5 business day transit time), and UPS Next Day Air. USPS First Class is typically the most economical on small packages but FedEx services are more reliable. If your budget allows, we strongly recommend upgrading to FedEx services if possible. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, packages shipped with regular USPS postal service are taking longer to arrive with some instances of it getting lost, especially during holiday peak seasons.

            · International Orders: Our default shipping is via USPS First Class International (transit time varies). You will have the option of upgrading to USPS Priority International (transit time of 6 to 10 business days), FedEx International Economy (transit time of 1 to 2 weeks), or FedEx International Priority (transit time of about 1 week) at check out. Canadian customers can get your package in 1 to 2 business days with FedEx options.

            RUSH ORDERS:
            · If you need a guaranteed delivery date for your order, you must email or call us before placing your order and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request. If we can accommodate your request, you will need upgrade to FedEx Next Day delivery.
