Carded batts are wool fibers that have been cleaned and carded into thick, airy sheets with a more random fiber alignment than roving. This makes them especially well-suited for needle felting, wet felting, and creating textured or blended effects. They’re also fantastic for 3D sculpting and larger-scale felting work.
